FINAL TASK

These films describe the process of growing-up in many different situations.

Write a brief synopsis (150 words) of a film about a child or young person growing up in the contemporary world and give it a title. Say who you would choose to play your leading characters and who would be the director and what music you would use. Explain what you think its main theme will be and why you think this is important to you and other young people.

Remember to make it suitable for PG/15 audience.

Sylvia Paskin, the contributing author of these materials, is a Film consultant working on The Child's Eye project at The Child Psychotherapy Trust, a national charity which helps emotionally damaged children, young people and their families. 'The Child's Eye' is a series of educational events and activities which reflects film and emotion.
