Donating to Film Education (Charity no. 1016599)
Help us reach more Young People
Our mission is to enrich the education of young people across the UK by providing schools with unique film and cinema based learning experiences inside and outside the classroom that are directly relevant to the curriculum, placing film at the heart of their cultural experience.
Your donation will help us to:
- Reach more young people
- Take more school groups to the cinema
- Train more teachers
We pride ourselves on delivering an efficient return on any size of donation. In 2009 we’ll reach an estimated 2.4million young people in classrooms with free educational materials, take over 400,000 young people in school groups to the cinema for free and help to support teachers and schools in many other ways.
Any donation you make will go directly to helping enrich education throughout the UK. It costs less than 50p in total funding for every child reached in school through educational resources and less than £2 for every child that goes to the cinema in a school group.
