Refund Policy (Orders)
If an order is cancelled before the goods are despatched (allowing 28 days delivery from order date) please do so by telephone, fax or email orders@filmeducation.org.
You may also cancel an order within seven working days from receipt of the goods. Items will be refunded in full providing the goods are returned undamaged and with their original packaging intact within the seven-day period.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Any postage/shipping costs incurred when returning the goods to Film Education are non-refundable.
