Guidelines
Inspire your pupils to design a poster and they could win computer equipment for the school and a Flip video camera for themselves!
Who
Children between the ages of 7 and 11 are invited to design a poster for a chance to win computer equipment for the school and a Flip camera for themselves
What
The poster must include the tagline:
"Don't watch dodgy copies
Take your pick at the flicks!"
Why?
The winning design will creatively reflect the need for modern copyright laws to safeguard the UK film industry – the principle being that if films (and other forms of media) can simply be shared without any recourse to the authors and publishers / distributors, then the creative industries and those who work in them will surely suffer. Ultimately, we may not be able to see so many films where they should be seen: at the cinema
When
Submissions must be received by January 18th, 2010.
Where
Entries should be sent to the following address: Coming Soon? Competition
Film Education, 91 Berwick Street, London W1F 0BP
