1. Tiana and her mother sing 'Almost There'
(MUSIC STARTS)
TIANA: I don't have time for dancin'. (spoken)
TIANA: That's just gonna have to wait a while. (sung)
EUDORA: How long we talkin' about here?
TIANA: Ain't got time for messing around and it's not my style. (sung)
EUDORA: I want some gran-kids!
TIANA: This old town can slow you down with people taking the easy way out but I know exactly where I'm going. I'm getting closer and closer every day. And I'm almost there, I'm almost there. People down here think I'm crazy but I don't care. Trials and tribulations, I've had my share. There ain't nothing gonna stop me now coz I'm almost there.
2. Tiana and Naveen meet Louis
PRINCE NAVEEN (as FROG): [Strums a banjo]
TIANA (as FROG): How about a little less picking and a...[gasps]
(GROWL)
TIANA AND PRINCE NAVEEN (as FROGS): [Scream]
LOUIS: I know that tune! Tippermouth Blues!
TIANA (as FROG): [gasps]
LOUIS: (PLAYS TRUMPET)
PRINCE NAVEEN (as FROG): Play it brother! (PLAYS BANJO) Yeah!
LOUIS & PRINCE NAVEEN (as FROG): [laugh]
LOUIS: Where've you been all my life?
PRINCE NAVEEN (as FROG): Where did you learn to play like that?
LOUIS: The Bayou's the best jazz school in the world. All the greats play the riverboats. Old Louis would give anything to be up there jammin' with the big boys!
PRINCE NAVEEN (as FROG): Why don't you?
LOUIS: Oh I tried once.
[Jazz band start playing]
LOUIS: [plays trumpet solo]
[PEOPLE SCREAM]
LOUIS: It didn't end well.
3. Tiana and Naveen meet Ray
RAY: 'Bout time I introduced myself, my name Raymond but everybody call me Ray.
PRINCE NAVEEN (as FROG): Pardon me, but your accent, it's funny no?
RAY: I'm a Cajan, born and bred in the Bayou. Y'all must be new around here huh?
PRINCE NAVEEN (as FROG): Actually we're from a place far, far away from this world.
RAY: Go to bed! Y'all from Streetport?
PRINCE NAVEEN (as FROG): Errr, no, no, no, no, we are people!
TIANA (as FROG): Prince Charming over here got himself turned into a frog by a witch doctor.
RAY: Well there you go!
4. Producer Peter Del Vecho talks about New Orleans
PETER DEL VECHO: This movie is a real place with real characters and real people, the setting itself literally of New Orleans literally becomes a character in this movie. We take you to parts of New Orleans and you experience New Orleans in this movie because the settings are a character.
